About Us

I remember getting my first camera as a gift for my birthday when I was probably no older than twelve. The first roll of film was used up in no time. My mother was always taking photos of various things in nature and I quickly took interest as well. I went from taking photos of wildflowers around our house to being the girl that always had a camera when I was with friends. I'm sure my friends can still attest to the endless amounts of photos I subjected them to, while assuring them they'd be happy I was always snapping away one of these days.

I decided to start my own business in 2009, which been one of the best decisions in my life. I am constantly thinking of new ideas and love seeing the end result. I'm very patient and laid back when it comes to photo shoots, so rest assured if you have a fussy child, or are having a bad hair day, we'll take all the time that is needed to get the shots you want. This is something that I am very passionate about and feel truly blessed having started something that brings me so much joy.

About me:

I'm an animal lover, but dogs melt my heart, especially my two black labs, Hunter and Riley Jo.

Despite only being alive for half of the decade, I love listening to '80's hair bands.

My favorite color is green, but purple is a close second these days.

I love to read.

I'm a strong believer in the saying everything happens for a reason.

I was always grandpa's girl, and even though he's gone to watch over me now, I still live my life each day to make him proud.

I love the smell of fresh-cut grass, puppy breath, plowed fields and rain.

I can't dance, but I don't let that stop me from pretending I can.

I'm a Canon girl.

Some of my guilty pleasures are candy apples, shoes, Coach purses and cookie dough Blizzards.

My hobbies include gardening, cooking, canning veggies, four-wheelin', crafts and reading.

I have been blessed with the best mom, husband, family and friends that I could ever ask for.
